How do you work with your personal coach?
Coaching services vary depending on your needs and desired level of support. Typically you will speak with your coach via the telephone for 30 to 60 minutes two to four times per month. Your coach will work with you on a program for success where you will have small steps that you will be doing each week to develop lasting lifestyle changes. The amount of time these steps take vary depending on your goals. The steps start out as very small changes to guarantee your success and gradually build each week. You will determine how much time you have to devote towards improving your life. It has taken a lifetime to create your current lifestyle and it will take a period of time to make the changes you are seeking.
